Yes, I am desperate to lose some weight – wht a lame madihah oi .
So I get myself very own ticker to track my weight lost, and not too sure wht if my weight gain uh? Can this ticker track it too? Hehehhe it depends on any nmber that i key in ropanya, hopefully its not going to gain pls pls pls kamu jgn marah.
Yesterday i went to mv to weigh myself, MasyaAllah smpai ke garden + mv aku pegi menimbang.
Rupanya berat ku menten gumuk dr zaman bljar itm smpai saat di atas penimbang semlm, ohh crap.
I’ve once (ok sejarah laa) achieved better nmber than this, ohhh hw i wish to get those bck pls pls pls.
So far (cewahhh padahal baru mgu lepas mula *ngeeeheee) i’ve started with diet menu, ade eksesais sket, separa giat aerobix dan futsal once a week aheee.
Fuhhh and still result kureng membransangkan bagi aku laa, sbb my type agak senang turun even 1 week diet, mgkn itu dlu kot dan skang kumpulan lemak maken degil nieh isk tibai jugak kang.
Bak kata nadya btul jugak, melantak nasik 25 tahun oi and nw u wnt faster result after 1 week without rice, aheheheh.
buntut buntu dgn menu diet. What to eat more, wht to eat less and wht is not to eat?
Adododo jemu laaa dgn menu sausage, starting nxt week i nk get rid suma sausages, enough sausages okeh sejak dr penang dluuu, heheheheh ini kes nutritionist (ehh betul ka?) tukata rebushh sausages. I’ll go variety now jadik tak bosan sgt, selection will go roughly like this:
Bfast – oats, low fat milk, grain based flakes, boiled eggs, hi-fibre based foods, temporary herbalife sumbangan kak long, hehehehe
10am meal – less sugar hot choc maybe, hi-fibre biscuit 1-2kpg saja
Lunch – vege soup (termasuk soup kasih sayang versi cabbage soup), grilled fish, steam fish, lite chicken soup, mihun soup + fruitss
Teatime – hmmm . less sugar hot choc/tea maybe, hi-fibre biscuit 1-2kpg saja hehehe lagi ?
Dinner – mixed salad, maybe can go something similar to lunch but make it lighter.
After work Monday and Tuesday – aerobic, Wednesday – Futsal, Thursday – baca yassin, aheheheheh, Friday – light jogging maybe, err or something easier is aerobic :D
NOT to say this is a must to follow, but at least i have my own guide and really hope to myself to consistent doing this *motivating myself.
